Sam and Kim Wightman: a duo with an impressive Scottish hospitality pedigree
Scotland is internationally renowned for the warmth of its hospitality and the outstanding quality of its fresh produce. Having grown up and learnt our culinary craft in Scotland, we both felt inspired by our homeland’s reputation. Early on in our respective careers, we resolved that we would establish our own business and continue this impressive Scottish tradition of catering excellence.
Now with a combined experience in the hospitality industry totalling over 70 years, we pride ourselves on offering you a warm welcome and mouth-watering menus full of freshly prepared dishes.
Three different restaurants in Perth & Kinross: same great food and service
We opened our first venue, Le Jardin near Kinross, in 1992 and our second, Cafe Kisa in Auchterarder, in 2004. Our third venue, Kisa’s, at our iconic new premises on Mill Street in Perth was opened in 2015. Kisa’s is ideally situated right next to Perth Concert Hall and just a stone’s throw from Perth Theatre and the Playhouse Cinema.
Finding suitable premises for a restaurant in Perth had long been our dream. We were thrilled when Kisa’s eventually became a reality, allowing us to realise our vision of the perfect restaurant experience at the heart of The Fair City.
