Kim and Sam Wightman: an impressive hospitality pedigree
Scotland is renowned internationally for the warmth of its hospitality and the outstanding quality of its fresh produce. Having grown up and learnt our culinary craft in Scotland, we both felt inspired by our homeland’s reputation and resolved early on in our respective careers that we would establish our own business and continue this impressive Scottish tradition of catering excellence.
Now with a combined experience in the hospitality industry totalling over 70 years (and yet we look so young!), we pride ourselves on offering you a warm welcome, mouth-watering menus full of freshly prepared dishes, and a wide choice of liquid refreshments – whichever of our restaurants in the Perth and Kinross area you visit.
Three different restaurants: same great food and service
We opened our first venue, Le Jardin near Kinross , in 1992, our second, Café Kisa in Auchterarder , in 2004 , and we opened our third venue, Kisa’s, at our fabulous new premises on Mill Street in Perth on the 1st of June 2015 – right next to Perth Concert Hall, and just a stone’s throw from Perth Theatre and the Playhouse Cinema.
Finding suitable premises in Perth had long been our dream, so we were thrilled when Kisa’s eventually became a reality, allowing us to share our vision of the perfect restaurant experience in the vibrant cultural hub that is Scotland’s newest city.
We believe in simple, honest food prepared and served by a team of consummate hospitality professionals who consider consistently high quality and unstinting customer service their absolute priorities.
